Book real talent
for your business.
Sales outreach, client gifts, employee recognition, event appearances, launches — priced transparently by the artist, licensed for 30 days with extensions available, and with 10% of every booking going to The Refuge Charity.
The same personal video, put to work commercially.
Sales outreach
A personalised video from a real artist gets a cold prospect to actually open your email — and to remember who sent it.
Client gifting
Mark a renewal, a closed deal, or a long relationship with something no gift card can match.
Employee recognition
Congratulate a work anniversary, a promotion, or a retirement with a message they will keep.
Event appearances
Book an artist for a conference welcome, a product launch, or an internal all-hands.
Product launches
Put a recognisable, genuinely consenting voice behind a launch — with usage rights that cover the campaign.
Recruitment
Internal comms and hiring campaigns land differently when someone people admire is delivering them.
Why businesses use creator and artist endorsement.
These are published, third-party figures about the category as a whole — not Intercontinental Music's own results. We're a new platform and we have no performance data of our own yet. When we do, we'll publish ours and label it clearly as ours.
Average ROI across 6,400 brand campaigns analysed in the 2026 Nielsen and CreatorIQ benchmark study.
Same study: brand-ambassador relationships running six months or longer returned substantially more than one-off activations.
Share of consumers making at least one creator-influenced purchase in a year, across industry survey data compiled for 2026.

Usage rights, delivery and what's included.
30-day licence, with priced extensions
Every Business Message includes a 30-day licence to use the video commercially from the date of delivery. Need it for longer? The extension rate is fixed, not a "contact us": +30 days for +30% of the base fee, or +1 year for +100% of the base fee. Set upfront so a marketing or legal team can budget for it before they book, not negotiate it after.
Where you can use it
Your own website, owned and paid social media on any platform, email and messaging campaigns, internal communications, and in-person events. Broadcast and connected TV are not included by default and need to be agreed separately with the artist.
What isn’t permitted
No editing that changes the meaning of what was said. No implying an ongoing endorsement or partnership beyond the licensed period. No political campaigning, and no use in categories the artist has declined. No transferring or reselling the licence to another business.
Delivery and non-delivery
Delivery timescales are agreed per booking with the artist, not set by us as a blanket promise we can’t personally guarantee. If an artist does not deliver what was agreed, the booking is refunded in full.
Approval before you’re charged
Business bookings are accepted or declined by the artist, not by Intercontinental Music. Your brief is shared with them before anything is agreed — they can decline, and sometimes will. Nothing is captured until the booking is accepted.
The charity split still applies
10% of every Business Message goes to The Refuge Charity, helping women and children escape domestic violence — the same standing commitment as every purchase on Intercontinental Music. It is built into the quoted price, not added on top.
These are the commercial terms for Business Messages. They sit alongside our full Terms of Service.
